There are five preliminary elements ( fix ) that are prerequisite , prior to the commencement of the series of challenges :

* Olfax ( Olfx ) Fix : A series of scents ...
* Nervx ( Nrvx ) Fix : A series of tactile sensations ( touches ) ...
* Tastex ( Tasx ) Fix : A series of tastes , flavors ...
Below is the Prelim Fix ...
See the revolving crystal , spinning , revolving , with the groove attunement ...
... with practice ... the groove attunement snycs naturally with the motion of the revolving crystal hologram ...
Hence , this pairing of elements animates the revolving crystal hologram ... it becomes alive ...
Maybe she sprays some of the fragrance on the fabrics of what she is wearing ...
her fabrics transforms to that of very soft , resilient silky fabric , so soft to the touch ...
When she touches the silk fabric , she can sense the essences of the fragrance ... However , when she senses the fragrance , a sensation of hunger does come to mind ... a craving to have some strawberry ice cream with real , raw , fresh strawberries ...

Preliminary Challenge :
Try eating this refreshing bowl of strawberry ice cream , a real sample of ice cream with strawberries , at first , which may take a half hour ( 30 min ) or so , try on hot occasions ( summer ) or cool occasions of winter ... double hotness or double coolness , heat or chills , which preference ? ... or middle of extremes , mildness , just rightness balancing , moderate perfection ...
While eating the strawberry ice cream , one must focus of the other elements ... in due time they may all sync with the eating of strawberry ice cream ...
One must practice until all five elements sync together , a phenomena of synaesthesia ... Penta - synaesthesia , the fusion of five elements ...
When one is ready , proceed to the Sixth Fix ... Emotive Behaviorial Fix ( Emotvbx ) ...
Emotion of Happiness , behavior of happiness , a simple smile evokes the emotion of happiness ... compound behavior with a simple dance groove move , make a gesture of waving ten , both hands in the air , pulsing with the bass groove attunement ... a raving gesture of the hands at popular music concerts may elicit high emotive responses leading to optimal levels of the Preliminaries ...
We call this Prelim Fix phenomena as Kinetic Happiness , Kinetx Hx ...
... there is a Seventh Element ... Proceed to Memory Fix ) MEMX ...
All physiologic , sensate , cognitive sensations eventually pass to become memories . Hence , these are memetic memories , the fusions of thoughts , habits with emotive behaviors , a phenomena we all deep cognitive imprinting ... with much effective practice , the sight of the revolving crystal hologram alone should be powerful enough to evoke all Seven Fixes of the Preliminaries ...
When one is able to do this ... one is ready to proceed beyond the Preliminaries phases ... Well , if not yet , then maybe some more prelim series are necessary ...
Hence , we must make that necessary pause to accommodate mastery of the Prelims prior to advancement to the next Levels of the Challenges ...
